Dynamic Resource allocation, allocates resources dynamically using virtualization technology which are application based, and supports green computing by optimizing the number of servers. It uses the concept of Skewnessto measure the effective utilization of a resource, and hence ensuring the resources are utilized to its maximum, and Predictionwhich captures the usage of application resources and helps to optimizes the system.
